Is the only certified institution providing quality counseling, referral and outreach services to clients and promote continuous capacity development among professionals and para-professionals, rehabilitation and development services for high-risk children in conflict with the law in Belize, in order to enhance their knowledge and skills, and empower them to become more productive members of the community.
